Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

Thank you for visiting and shopping at D-Odorizer! D-Odorizer ships all of our orders via USPS and/or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business day(s). Standard shipping typically takes between two (2) and eight (8) business  days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via the shipping carriers website. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for the tracking portal to update.

Shipping Fees/Costs

D-Odorizer is not responsible for subsequent shipping costs for packages returned to sender or for those that can not be delivered due to invalid shipping information. Shipping is non-refundable and may be deducted from any customer initiated returns. For those orders that qualify for "Free Shipping", D-Odorizer is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with delivery of package(s) or return of package(s). Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for damaged product(s) must be made within forty-eight (48) hours. We may ask for detailed information and/or pictures of the damaged product within that time frame.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

D-Odorizer is not responsible for any customs fees, import fees, or penalties you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please note D-Odorizer is unable to provide or predict the exact amount of taxes, duties or import fees that may be due upon delivery.
